As a leader of this group, you will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organisation. Enough about us, let\'s talk about you If you are someone with: Tertiary qualification in a life-sciences or health-care discipline with a tier one institutions. PhD in a relevant scientific field is desirable. Excel in addressing complex problems in an analytical manner, with a proven record for effective delivery in a project environment, and with a keen interest in life sciences and healthcare. Experience in a commercial or corporate strategy role in the life sciences or experience in strategy consulting, with exposure to life sciences industry Experience in analytics, market access, pricing or product launch and commercial due diligence in a life sciences or healthcare environment. Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings. Commitment to personal and professional growth. Sense of responsibility to self, team, and client. Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented. An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignment.
