: 1. Operations and Pricing

• Perform daily operations related to client pricing and execution of trades, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Price derivatives, structured products, and transactions to facilitate clients' requirements
• Collaborate internally with trading, structuring, and credit teams, and coordinate with other departments to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Independently originate, price, and present ideas focused on liability hedging and yield enhancement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal control standards to maintain governance integrity

2. Product Development and Management

• Drive products solutioning across multiple asset classes to meet desk P&L targets and budget goals
• Lead the development and enhancement of new and existing structured products to drive growth
• Stay informed on international, regional, and local market trends to proactively manage risk exposure
• Keep up-to-date with regulatory and accounting changes impacting product structuring

3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement and Pitch Creation

• Collaborate with structuring to develop and deliver compelling pitch materials and proposals for clients
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and present innovative solutions
• Support client onboarding and post-sale relationship management by providing technical expertise and ongoing structuring advice
• Strategize and drive revenue growth with Corporate and Commercial business leads across the CIMB network
• Assist in product trainings and provide regulatory & market updates to clients and/or internal stakeholders.
