Someone with an attitude to deliver and a passion to delight.Director of Business DevelopmentWe are looking for Director of Business DevelopmentAs a Director of Business Development, we rely on you toDriving the hotel\'s revenue growth and expanding its market presence.Strategic Planning and Market Analysis: Conduct market research and develop business strategies to align with hotel goals and respond to competitor activities.Revenue Management: Collaborate to optimize pricing strategies, develop new revenue streams, and analyze sales performance.Sales and Marketing: Oversee sales team, manage client relationships, and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain guests.Partnerships and Networking: Establish strategic partnerships and represent the hotel at industry events to increase brand visibility.Customer Relationship Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, analyze feedback for service improvement, and implement loyalty programs.Financial Management: Manage business development budget, monitor financial performance, and report activities to senior management.Team Leadership: Train, mentor the team, and foster a collaborative culture.Innovation and Improvement: Implement new technologies and processes to enhance operations and guest experience.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contracts with clients and manage existing partnerships with suppliers and agents.We are looking for someone who:Diploma / Degree holder in Hotel Management, or relevant disciplineMinimum of 7 years related experience in a similar capacityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work independently under pressureAlways kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practicesCommunicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)Is detail-oriented, creative and has the ability to drive changeKnowledge in handling MICE segment, Government & Corporate segmentIf you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
