We\'re looking for an experienced Director of Events Management required for our Commercial Sales Division.

Job summary

The Director of Events Management, under the guidance and supervision of Director of Commercial Sales, leads and directs the Events Management team to achieve the catering revenue goal set by the Hotel through specific sales strategy implementation set forth in the Marketing Plan. He/she is also responsible to drive and provide training and personal development to the team members, as well as contributing ideas and feedback to operation teams for service enhancement.

Requirement

At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar position handling MICE and Events
Fluent written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e., any local / international language is a definite advantage.
Pleasant, flexible, and with effective interpersonal skills
An articulate, self-starter, team player, experience in handling a team and positive role model
Ability to interact, displays initiative and able to multi-task
Malaysian Nationality only.
