Director of Events & Entertainment \xe2\x80\x93 Asia

We have been retained by this well-established Hospitality Group to find them a talented Director of Events & Entertainment.

This job role will be responsible for all casino events, entertainment, creative & operational requirements. You will be required to have an in-depth knowledge of Casino Events & Entertainment Operation Management and Events & Production experience.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Needed for this Role:

  • B.A. in Performing Arts, with Production & Technical emphasis is highly desirable.
  • Extensive Events & Entertainment experience required and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast, rapid changing environment.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Executive Management experience in managing Casino Events & Entertainment Operations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Live Entertainment experience.
  • Solid knowledge in Live Entertainment Operations, Casino Events and Production shows.
  • Experience of budgeting, cost analysis, construction, event planning, contracting & negotiating with third party vendors experience would be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership & business acumen skills.
Salary range: RM12,000 to RM18,000 plus accommodation and food allowance provided
