Description:
The F&B Manager / Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the efficient running of the Food & Beverage division in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The F&B Manager / Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for functioning as the Business Manager and a marketing specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully in accordance with the brand standard and are individually profitable.
