Description:
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the F&B division in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations (F&B) is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
Qualifications:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Prior experience required as a Restaurant Manager, (Assistant) Director of F&B/Chef or Project Manager in a large F&B operation. Good operational, marketing and interpersonal skills are a must.
