Summary You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe F&B division in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations (F&B) is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Prior experience required as a Restaurant Manager, (Assistant) Director of F&B/Chef or Project Manager in a large F&B operation. Good operational, marketing and interpersonal skills are a must.
