An exciting Head of Operations (F&B Chain) job has just become available with an F&B group with over 150 outlets and continuing to expand in the near term. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Head of Operations (F&B Chain) Role:
In this role, you will be leading, planning, and strategising the activities of the general management in ensuring the business is well coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress and identify and report external factors that may impact the company\'s business development and growth activities
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics to establish key performance indicators for operations and delivery activities and report performance to ensure set targets are met to promote profitability
• Review sales information and adjust sales and operational results to meet key business operations targets as forecasted
• Coordinate business operations and provide direction and structure to optimise internal resources for delivery of business and sales targets
• Oversee day-to-day management of resulting and existing projects and evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organisational objectives and apply improvements
• Continuously review working practices and monitor external benchmarks to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise an alternative and promote their implementation to maintain a continuous improvement mindset

To succeed in this Head of Operations (F&B Chain) role, a strong background in F&B is needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' proven experience in the F&B industry
• Experience managing multiple brands and able to strategise plans needed for each brand
• Well experienced in staff management; leading, prioritising and managing resources through other business functions in meeting the business goals
• Passionate about business excellence in a cost-effective environment with demonstrated personal drive and resilience
