We are looking for a Director of Information Technology who will be lead the IT Team of the resort.

Job Summary

• Lead / coach / train the IT Team
• Manage and monitor the IT operations on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Maintain data integrity of computer systems
• Handle system upgrade according to scope and time frame required
• Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure hotel compliance
• Design and implement contingency and disaster recovery plans
• Drive and manage major corporate projects and new business processes / improvement initiatives
• Introduce new technologies
• Plan the annual IT budget
• Liaise with vendors / consultants for hardware / software / services purchases
• Communicate with internal and external auditors
• Ensure IT inventory list is updated regularly.

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year in similar capacity in an international class hotel
• Bachelor's degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree, computer science/information technology or equivalent
• Oral and written fluency in English and local language(s). Knowledge of foreign language(s) is an advantage
• Well-articulated and can interact with all levels of external and internal stakeholders
• A self-starter, strong and proactive personality, sensitive to guest and staff need, and a positive role model
• Neat and pleasant disposition
• Able to work long hours
