As our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will lead the charge in introducing our innovative product to the market. Your role will involve crafting and executing sales and marketing strategies, working on pricing options, and directly contributing to our product\'s success. We are looking for someone who is not just talented but possesses the skill to kick ass in winning projects and driving sales. Key responsibilities Product Expertise: We need someone who not only grasps product details but also boasts a strong sales history, capable of engaging customers and delivering real value. Your skill in turning product attributes into persuasive selling points is key for our progress. Product Launch Expertise: Seeking experienced professionals in leading successful product launches through careful planning and coordination across teams. Your ability to create seamless interactions and memorable user experiences is vital for introducing our products to the market. Lead Generation: Generate high-quality leads by targeting potential clients globally, focusing on cool brands like Netflix, Disney, Hennessy and Audi) and agencies that align with our innovative product offering. Client Engagement: Respond to client inquiries - usually when this happens, they\'re fairly warm leads and it\'s not just \'Hi, how are you but more like: \'Nice! Let\'s build on that idea\' Pricing Strategy Skill: We need experts in developing pricing strategies that optimize profit while delivering great value to customers. Understanding the financial and psychological aspects of pricing is key. Your contribution will be pivotal in defining our products Market Research Expertise: Seeking proficiency in market research to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and inform strategy. Your skills in identifying product opportunities aligned with our mission to create extraordinary moments are essential. Brand Representation: Organize and represent Kezerk in client meetings, bringing ideas to life based on customer needs and driving product interest. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded with our product solutions. Expertise and Consultation: Become the go-to expert for our event console, advising clients on how to best utilize the product to achieve their event goals. Qualifications 5+ years experience in a similar position or area, like Head of Sales, Product Owner, Marketing Specialist No education qualifications are required, however, you must be good at critical thinking, and communication skills and show professionalism. Creativity, Time Management, and Attention to Detail are an absolute must. General interest in technology and being up to date with current trends (AR/VR/MR). General understanding of brand and IT solutions to understand what is possible. Proficient in Google/MS Office apps: Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Docs/Sheets/Slides. Positive attitude, passion about collaborative teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills. Belief, that \'Impossible is nothing\' and loving the thrill of sales Event/agency background is a big plus. Fluent in English in writing and speaking. Multilingual (Bahasa, Mandarin) is an advantage. Excellent writing skill is a must!
