Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
15+ years
of working experience inmaterials and supply chain management
in thesemiconductor industry
, including 5+ years in a senior manager/GM role Lead the Materials Management, Procurement, and Inventory Control functions across Malaysia & Singapore. Develop and implement strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives to support operational excellence. Oversee demand forecasting, purchasing, and inventory optimization to ensure timely supply for production and customer fulfilment. Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, supplier scorecards, and cost reduction programs. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to align material strategies with business objectives. Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing materials management team. etcJob Type: Permanent
