Manage daily warehouse operations including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams across multiple channels to support and resolve basic delivery or receiving issues.
Verify customer information accurately and promptly in line with operational standards.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions to ensure timely follow-up.
Compile daily earnings reports and monitor branch financial systems to assess operational performance.
Keep updated on relevant logistics technologies and best practices to improve efficiency.
Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or express delivery operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP).
Ability to communicate in Chinese or English is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Critical thinker with a proactive approach, dedicated to continuous improvement and delivering results.
