Responsibilities:
Oversee parcel handling, storage, sorting, and timely dispatch.
Work closely with customers and teams to resolve delivery issues.
Verify and update customer data to maintain operational accuracy.
Compile operational and financial reports regularly.
Analyze performance metrics to recommend improvements.
Stay updated with logistics trends and technology.
Support the branch supervisor in special projects.
Candidate Profile:
SPM holder or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
Effective communicator; knowledge of Chinese is beneficial.
Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude.
