Manages all phases of the Distribution Center to ensure that all orders are shipped accurately and on-time and that incoming goods are processed efficiently and accurately. Hire, train, and develop personnel to support all aspects of Distribution Center activities. Work with Global IS teams to ensure appropriate support is provided for site requirements. Hire, train and develop personnel to act as configurers & SMEs. Manages Projects related to the Distribution Center.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees all day to day distribution activities. All orders are picked, packed and shipped according to each customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements for products, packaging and transportation.
• Demonstrates leadership in setting improvement goals and support departmental objectives.
• Support budgets and controls department annual operating expenses.
• Develops and maintains relationships with the distribution network as well as incoming manufacturing sites to ensure optimal communication and process execution.
• Works with internal and external regulatory bodies and auditors to ensure department policies related to inventory accuracy and distribution are in line with regulations and company goals.
• Works with freight carriers to ensure effective relationships are developed that support quality, service and cost.
• Establishes and supports a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC\xe2\x80\x99s Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area they support. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
• Ensures SAP support is provided to Penang site through local BPLs
• Manages cross-functional development teams; leads teams effectively; provides input to functional managers on team and team member performance.
• Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes; develops and implements project plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project plan; mentors and/or coaches other functional and project managers.
• Responsible for team and cross-functional communications; liaison between the team ; leads phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications. Communicates and influences resolution of cross functions.
• Demonstrates leadership ability and ability to communicate with all levels of management and employees. Business experience demonstrated through business knowledge, leadership skills and product / process development capabilities.
