Company Nature: Fast Food Chain Location: Kuala Lumpur & Genting (need travel 85% within these areas) *Training will be provided in Genting Summary: The role of the District Manager is to lead the implementation of brand standards across stores in a specific geographical area within the assigned region. This position involves demonstrating and sharing in-depth operational knowledge of Restaurant Operations in the designated region. The District Manager\'s main responsibility is to ensure exceptional customer experiences in all stores while also providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to franchisees to help them achieve the same level of success. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate and uphold brand standards and extensive operational knowledge at all store locations within the assigned division.
• Train and guide new store locations within the assigned division.
• Facilitate clear, accurate, and timely communication from the company\'s International corporate entity to stores.
• Support stores and their teams in achieving financial success through new store openings, day-to-day operations, and profit management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Company International and the franchisee in the assigned division.
• Assist the General Manager in developing annual budgets and capital planning.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related fields
• At least 4 years of experience in the franchise company or F&B
• Experienced in P&L Statements and identifying the trends
