Salary Range: RM2,200 to RM4,000 (Basic + Commission)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
2. Recommend, select, and demonstrate product based on customer needs and desires
3. Describe the key features, demonstrate product and care of product to customers
4. Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer's reference
5. Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional
6. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and set up service
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM qualification or at least 1 year of retail experience ; experience in electronic product will be added advantages
2. Fresh graduate student are welcome to apply
3. Self-motivated, target driven and passionate in the sales & services industry
4. Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage
5. Able to work rotational shift (Morning/ Noon Shift - shopping mall hours)
