Job Description

Primary Function:



Perform Document Control functions according to approved guidelines

Perform clerical and administrative duties in the Q & R Department

Administer filing and indexing of documents :

ECN

MPS

Bonding diagrams

Internal specification and procedures

Customer specification

Industry standards and handbooks

Ensure obsolete documents are retrieved and discarded

Principal Responsibilities

:

Prepare, generate, edit and formats documents, procedures and specifications according to document control guidelines

Receive, issue, route, transmit, update, file, distribute, or retrieve for disposal any documents under document control

Support all clerical and administrative fuctions in Q&R department, including preparing quality reports

Audit document control stations to verify condition and compliance

Keep up-to-date document master lists

Control external documents such as industry standards and customers specifications

Adopt applicable software package and personal computer for document control and management

Minimum Qualification

:

STPM/Diploma

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
