Maintain and update company documents, drawings, and records in both hard and soft copies.
Ensure proper document control processes are followed, including filing, numbering, and archiving.
Distribute documents to relevant departments and ensure timely retrieval when required.
Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondences (letters, emails, drawings, etc.).
Support project teams by ensuring document traceability and version control.
Prepare and maintain document registers, reports, and logs.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and clients to coordinate document flow.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Document Controller or in administrative/documentation roles.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
