Assist in day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Manage filing, documentation, correspondence, and company records systematically.
Prepare reports, memos, and official letters when required.
Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and coordination of company activities.
Handle additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Provide administrative support to other departments when needed.
Requirements
Intern students or contract base candidates.
Administrative/office experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software.
Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good time management and multitasking skills.
