:Job Responsibilities:Document Management: Establish, implement, and maintain an organized, efficient, and comprehensive filing system for all project-related correspondence and documents. This includes numbering, sorting, filing, storing, and retrieving documents as needed.Document Control: Receive, track, and manage all incoming and outgoing project documents. Assign sequential tracking numbers, register documents into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), and ensure proper handling and storage in compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) procedures.Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with Consultants, Contractors, JKRS, and other stakeholders to track deliverables, monitor progress, and facilitate discussions or meetings as required.Urgent Correspondence Handling: Coordinate and manage all urgent correspondence, ensuring timely responses and actions, particularly in the absence of the immediate supervisor.Site-Level Support: Assist the Document Controller at the site level with EDMS management, including identifying and reporting issues to Headquarters (HQ) for resolution.Job Requirements:
