If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us As the Manager of Credit Administration, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the center, meeting departmental key result areas (KRAs) while adhering to internal and external policies and guidelines. Your role will involve tracking productivity, turnaround time for loan drawdowns, and the quality of services, reporting any gaps to headquarters for improvement.This role reports to the Head of Wholesale Credit Operations and the successful candidates will be based in the Kuching, Sarawak office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Functional: Overseeing and managing the smooth running of the Wholesale Credit Operation Center. Ensuring loan documentation and disbursement are carried out within the service standards. Ensuring documentation is in accordance with internal and external policies, regulatory, and legal requirements, promptly alerting management of any issues of concern. Managing and supervising subordinates/team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and effective customer expectation management for both internal and external customers to promote a positive customer experience. Managing customer loan accounts, such as issuance of audit confirmation and redemption statements, in a timely manner. 2.Managerial (team/group responsibilities): Managing and supervising subordinates/team to ensure timely disbursement of loans and effective customer expectation management for both internal and external customers to promote a positive customer experience. Providing guidance and assistance to subordinates/team members/business on matters related to credit operation and documentation. 3.Organizational (organizational responsibilities): Ensuring operational costs are within the approved budget of the Wholesale Credit Operation Center. JobRequirements: Malaysian citizen. Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent holder. 10 years and above related experience of credit documentation. Experience/Skills Strong knowledge of Credit Admin Function. A team leader who can lead, motivate, and guide a team with a focus on achieving results.
