To support Project Manager and represents the Company (when required) in project execution and maintains official communication with the Client and other parties.
Defines and understand project scope and objectives including Client's Contract terms and condition stated in Contract Document.
Assisting Project Member to manage all project related correspondent and document transmission.
Duties and Responsibilities
To understand and execute the Project base on ITB requirement and to ensure the overall project construction activity are in accordance to relevant ISO Procedure, Project standard working Procedure and Quality Management System.
To develop a document exchange and monitoring system in order to attached to the client requirement on document exchange and monitoring system.
To become a window for all internal and external party for document exchange.
File documents in physical and digital records.
Retrieve files as requested by MIE and clients.
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed.
To execute the project by working together with a group of Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Project Controller, and Commissioning Manager.
To work with group of project engineer/superintendent, and lead group of supervisors for construction.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Good in communication and coordination skills.
Good in MS Word; Excel; PowerPoint and outlook.
At least 1-year relevant working experience.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
