Job Description

s:

Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date. Generate the various document control reports as required. Typing of site documents, and follow up of all the site needs. Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability. Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Records Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3 Years of relevant working experience, preferably in the

construction industry

Mandarin

communication and writing skills are preferred. We are seeking candidates who are proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Skilled in MS Office

, (e.g,: Word, Excel, Power Point etc) and other document control tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
