Job Description

Job Responsibilities :



Assist in preparing & reviewing of inspection reports and other quality-related document for customers. Raise purchase requests for departmental purchases & calibration. Monitor auto-generation of CoC through GSS. Ensure all quality records and data are accurate and well maintained. Responding to customer requests with regard to quality documentation issues e.g., revised doc, upload/email doc if required. Review & compilation of quality documents for customer submission. Any other task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements :



Min SPM/Diploma in any field. Proficient in Microsoft Office. At least 2 years experience in manufacturing environment. Ability to organize and preserve paper documents. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good communication skills. Experienced in managing project or document databases. Knowledge of 5S and filing systems. Good command of written and spoken English. Committed and dedicated to assigned activities by the company.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
