Job Responsibilities
Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of project documents; Maintain a proper documents & drawings control system for recording and tracking of all documents of the project; Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of project documents; Ensure all documents are maintained to demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001 requirement; Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Diploma/ Certificate in any discipline /STPM or equivalent; At least 3 years working experience as document controller in the construction industry; Knowledge in ISO 9001 will be an added advantage; Knowledgeable in basic computer applications i.e. MS Office; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision; Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines; * Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work.
