JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To operate with imaging tools for use in the creation of electronic files or archives.

- To prepare, scan, and perform quality checking of documents/images being converted to electronic / digital format and ensure the outputs are properly transfer and indexing of images.

- To clean and perform basic maintenance on scanning equipment. Troubleshoot and adjust equipment when necessary.

- To rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and strictly follow workflow process and chain of command.

- To keep work station clean and organized and maintain departmental efficiency standards relating to volumes and service levels and complete jobs before due date.

- To interact with other team members and client as necessary to accomplish goals

- To train or assist other associates on aspects of processing to ensure they have the same understanding on the scanning operation.

To recognize and report problems and issues typical to equipment and given processes.

Responsible to report all the completed daily task to the superior.

To perform all other duties as assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENT :

- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate, Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.

- Preferably minimum 1 year experience as document scanning operator or related tasks

-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin

- Able to work at project site or outstation if required

- Able to work minimum supervision.

- Able to start in a short time.

- Must be computer literate.

- Renewable contract is available.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
