Part of the Project Management Department, you report to the PM Supervisor. Your mission: i. Set-up a department dedicated to the making of specific Instruction Manuals (Dept already composed of 3 people). ii. Use existing templates to prepare comprehensive manuals iii. Create, write new documentation describing the use of new technologies. iv. Organize and develop methodic to prepare Manuals more efficiently v. Work-off backlog The skills you will need: i. A Good Organization, methodology: Clear head ii. Focus iii. Capacity to look ahead and plan accordingly iv. Communication skills to lead people and assist them. v. CAD Inventor knowhow vi. Perfect Command of written English vii. Mechanical Engineering Degree: Understand the installation/use and maintenance of loading arms to be able to report it in writing for others\xe2\x80\x99 comprehension. viii. Perfect knowledge of MS Word ix. Good communication (internal): liaise with PM dept and Engineering
