JOB SCOPE

Prepare and write project documents using Microsoft Word according to the required format. Perform editing and proofreading to ensure documents are free from grammar and spelling errors. Can understand Malay language. Organize and structure document content professionally and clearly. Update project documents based on feedback from the technical team or management. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, SOPs, and other project-related documents. Ensure all documents comply with the organization's standards (branding, formatting, fonts, structure). Manage and organize document files properly (naming conventions, version control). Communicate with developers or project managers to gather accurate information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Age required: 25 - 30 years old. Must be single (not married). Must have own laptop. Proficient in Microsoft Word (formatting, table of contents, header/footer, styles). Strong writing skills in Malay and/or English. Able to work full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. May be required to work hours in excess of those stated above whenever necessary. Must demonstrate strong discipline and commitment to work responsibilities. Advantage if experienced in project documentation, IT documentation, or corporate writing.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
