Documentation Clerk Job description

  • Responsible for delivery arrangements for both local & export shipment
  • Prepare and arrange a complete set of documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origins, and various permits (MAQIS, MITI, MTIB, MIDA, Agriculture, Fumigation, etc).
  • Communicate with internal customers regularly to update the status of the goods.
  • Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing, and storage of documents for audit purposes.
  • Perform other functions and duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must at least 1-2 years of working experiences in forwarding.
  • Have knowledge in custom clearance processes.
  • Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • MTIB: 1 year (Preferred)
  • AGRICULTURE: 1 year (Preferred)
  • FUMIGATION: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MITI: 1 year (Preferred)
  • CERTIFICATE ORIGIN: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MAQIS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MIDA: 1 year (Preferred)
