Job Descrition \xc2\xb7 Creating and maintaining filing system \xc2\xb7 Able to calculate grading summary is an advantage \xc2\xb7 Specility in MTIB procedure, MITI, Agriculure Dept and Phyto process \xc2\xb7 Prepare and ensure the accuracy of delivery order for delivery arrangement \xc2\xb7 Coordinate & communicate with warehouse, forwarder, internal and supplier on shipment status, ensure smooth transition of shipment delivery \xc2\xb7 Update delivery record & incoming shipment details on a regular basis \xc2\xb7 Carrying out any other duties delegated by superior from time to time Job Skills & Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-2 years working experience \xc2\xb7 Minimum STPM, Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or relevant field. \xc2\xb7 Experience in handling shipping and logistic documentation or coordination will be added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Possess positive working attitude, independent and meticulous. \xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate with all levels \xc2\xb7 PC literate and proficient in MS Office especially Excel \xc2\xb7 Candidate can start early is an advantage \xc2\xb7 Willing to work in Westport area (Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
