Job Title : Manager, Documentation
Function : Projects and Construction
Reports to : Director, Projects and Construction
Location of work : Kulai, Johor
PURPOSE
Documentation Manager establishes processes for effective document control. Plans and directs documentation projects and timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage availability and verification of materials and prepare necessary documents.
2. Supervise internal and external audits to maintain quality and resolve issues.
3. Supervise conformity to regulatory norms and practices by revising safety SOPs.
4. Oversee accuracy and promptness of legal documents and help in approving protocols.
5. Coordinate with legal officials to execute disclosure and resolve sales and legal issues promptly.
6. Prioritize on the basis of adequate information of bank tactics.
7. Assign appropriate strategies to personnel, and oversee deliverables.
8. Delegate documentation and assist in assessment and delivery.
9. Manage documentation regarding technical, resourcing and policy enforcement tasks.
10. Mentor, coordinate and guide writers and editors, and authorize layouts of documentation.
11. Perform multiple drafting tasks such as writing, proofing, formatting and maintain varied kinds of documentation for serving varied customers.
12. Coordinate with different departments to achieve end results, convey these to management, and develop new documentation and distribution ideas and thought processes.
13. Ensure compliance with documentation needs through client and research collaboration, assign resources and update management on projects.
14. Identify and apply new communication trends appropriately to business.
15. Improve quality consistently through discussions with clients and marketing, research and technical experts.
16. Maintain a clear documentation trail, processes and policies surrounding above responsibility that comply with internal model documentation and validation standards
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum qualification is Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Building Services, Facilities Management or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in projects and constructions documentations as Manager Documentation or equivalent position.
3. Experience in hyper scale datacenter, micro-electronics or other critical infrastruct.
4. Experience in document management systems or content management systems software is preferred.
5. Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks at a time.
6. Able to demonstrate self-motivation, initiative and a positive attitude.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
