Documentation Officer (Freight Forwarding)Location:

Check port system daily Request documents from the customer. Prepare and fax documents to customers. Get the customer to confirm the documents before the dateline. Prepare invoice /cn /dn to customer and verify supplier's bill. Prepare
POL & POD
Prepare and fax documents to carrier/ co-loader. Involve in K2, K1 Custom clearance Arrange haulier/ Transporter & Submit ROT Assist in any job assigned by the superiorRequirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma. Min 2 year(s) working experience as above jobs responsibilities in a related field
