Responsibilities:
Manage daily shipment coordination for
LCL, FCL, Air, and Land trucking
Handle
import/export documentation
and ensure accurate, timely submission
Liaise with
customers, shipping lines, transporters, and customs
Monitor cargo movement and solve operational issues proactively
Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience
in a freight forwarding company (handling LCL/FCL/Air/Land)
Strong knowledge of forwarding processes and documentation
Able to work independently and make operational decisions
Good communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office and general logistics systems
