Job Description
- Position: Documentation Officer-Freight.
- Salary: 2500-3500.
- Job location: Kelana Jaya,SS7,Petaling Jaya.
THE JOB
This role will involve liaising with customers for all functions relating to shipping logistics:
- Process all Sea Freight import documentation with agreed time frames.
- Ensure all necessary documents are received from overseas offices to enable import shipments and clearances to take place.
- Notify customers of cargo and arrival details.
- Female preferred in age group 26-35.
- Possess at least a Diploma qualification in any field.
- 3 years of freight/logistics experience.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to details.
- Ability to exhibit flexibility in work practices.
