This company is a well established international freight forwarder in Malaysia. To strengthen their existing team, they now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join their busy documentation department as a Documentation Officer. Working within a small but dedicated team, you will be required to assist with the issuing, certification and authorization of a wide range of export and import documentation including, EC, certificate of origin. In addition, you will actively develop the necessary skills to provide advice to clients on import/export procedures including duties and tax issues, shipping terms and methods of payment. Person specifications The ideal candidate for this role should be some one with experience working within freight forwarding environment, within import or export portfolio. Ideally a female in age group 23-30, residing in Klang valley area. She should possess a Diploma qualification and have developed administrative skills with knowledge of Microsoft skills. In addition, the candidate should possess good communication skills with proficiency in English and have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
