Job Description

About the role:
- Daily scanning of document to WNS and filing of contracts and accounting documents.
- Scanning of invoice to WNS for Malaysia & Singapore.
- Filling of Malaysia & Singapore contracts and accounting documents.
- Checking and follow up for vendor creations for Malaysia
- As back-up for receptionist when she is on leave
- Help out on SAP implementation
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
Desirable Traits:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
- Basic computer knowledge especially in MS Excel and MS Office
- Positive & willing to learn attitude
- An ability to function well as part of a team
- 2 years working experience
- Self-disciplined with pleasant personality.
- A fast & efficient worker.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
