You\'ll set global technology strategy and enterprise architecture, solving key technical challenges with Product Managers, Technical Infrastructure, and cross-functional teams.You will drive global business transformation, stay updated on industry trends, and work with Product Managers to enhance products based on demand. Leading a team, you\'ll understand requirements, demonstrate product technologies, design architectures, resolve issues, and manage implementations.This advanced IT Product Management role involves securing resources, defining strategy, managing stakeholders, overseeing product portfolios, driving innovation, and ensuring successful product delivery for business value.We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Domain Director \xe2\x80\x93 First & Last Mile based in Malaysia or Bonn.How will you contribute to the success of DHL?The key tasks of a Domain DIrector can vary depending on the specific teams or products being managed. However, there are the tasks we expect Domain Director to do:1. Deliver a strong portfolio of products & features that improve our employee efficiency & experience & create a great customer experience.2. Define and develop consensus on product vision and strategy along with the business stakeholders & technology architecture groups.3. Advance the faithful implementation of the product vision and strategy, from managing the feature definition process to crafting how it\xe2\x80\x99s unveiled to the business, from launch to getting to market.4. Successfully advocate for prioritizing impactful features with the business stakeholders on the technology roadmap and secure key resource commitments among cross-functional teams.5. Interact with company executives to build product vision for new features, report on improvements to the customer experience over time, and provide domain expertise.6. Expertise in the field, including competitive and 3rd party products and competitor strategy, including privacy-focused product approaches.7. Be responsible for technical aspects of solutions including such activities as managing product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of technical resources.8. Provide strategic leadership by guiding teams to align IT domain goals with business objectives, fostering a collaborative environment, and effectively communicating product value to global and regional stakeholders.9. Make informed recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, and platforms, balancing technical trade-offs and platform investments to drive progress while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.10. Recruit and nurture technical talent, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture, while ensuring the team remains adaptable and focused on delivering impactful solutions.Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in a Technical role or equivalent experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience managing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large organizations, influencing both technical and non-technical audiences across global and regional teams to deliver quality business outcomes.
• Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly learning and applying emerging technologies and methodologies in the Cloud/IT space.
• Proven track record of breaking through organizational silos, adopting best practices, and achieving goals with a "get-it-done" attitude in a matrix environment.
