Review documents for compliance with requirements; determine appropriate disposition and make necessary changes; maintain internal reporting mechanisms (logs, graphs, internal reports, etc.); may coordinate activities across work groups. Familiarity with industry-specific terminology required; ability to operate office equipment such as image workstations, document processors, ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with internal and external clients. Examples include but are not limited to clerical data entry/input for a client data information, banking and other related outsourced types of services. Performs moderately complex to complex functions associated with the processing of checks from financial centers. These functions may include accurate performance of negotiability review, timely processing of physical cheque received from the financial centers, balancing work received, and client correction or adjustments on the transaction. This position requires the running of electronic sorting equipment and the use of PC\'s. This position has a production level and strict time constraints associated with the assignment.
