-Devote all your working time and efforts to the business of the hotel and carry out duties assigned to you by your direct supervisors -Keep alert for guest entering and leaving the hotel -Have knowledge of basic Opera PMS skills example -Maintain a straight and alert position in the hotel Entrance -Ensure the security of the hotel, its guests and visitors through regular checks and patrols throughout the day in conjunction with set procedures -Answers inquires pertaining to hotel services -Assist our customers with their packages, transportation, taxis -Ensure building security and safety -Report incidence of a serious nature to the superintendent on duty
