JOB DESCRIPTION:

Liaising and coordinate with project coordinator / consultant to gather product and structural requirements and designs. Work closely with project coordinator to integrate subcontractor programs into the master plan schedule. Collecting structural materials required for designs. Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs. Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software Sketch Up. Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs. Adjusting drawings according to the feedback. Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards. Setting up drawing formats and configuration files. Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

REQUIREMENT:

At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position. Excellent knowledge and skills in AutoCAD and Sketch Up Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem. Able to work at the office and construction site. Able to meet deadline.
