- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or relevant 3D design software.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering drawings and detailing is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Create architectural 2D drawings and 3D models using SketchUp, focusing primarily on bungalow projects.
- Collaborate closely with the project team, including designers and engineers, to ensure designs meet both client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Revise drawings and designs based on feedback, project updates, and changes during the design and construction process.
- Ensure all drawings and models adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in project documentation preparation, including design reports and material specifications.
- Participate in site inspections to verify the implementation of designs and ensure accuracy.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and software tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
