Requirements:

• Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting and designing for the architecture and design industry.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings and specification.
• Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language: Mandarin, English.

Working Location

• Kota Damansara, PJU 5, 47180 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Working Hour

• Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Scopes:

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Kota Damansara for a Draughtsman.
• The Draughtsman will work closely with architects and designers to produce detailed drawings and designs for projects (i.e. proposed design drawings, authority submission drawings, tender and construction drawings).
• The Draughtsman will also ensure that all designs comply with industry authorities\' standards and regulations, while working within the project constraints, following up with relevant authority parties to obtain building plan approval, and CCC (Certificate of Completion and Compliance).
