Requirements

• Experience as an event organizer or in coordinating and conceptualizing events.
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital trends.
• Proficiency in colloquial Bahasa Malaysia and local English.
• Superb time management and executional detailing for events.
• Ability to work with short deadlines.
• Ability to work with various teams and departments to ensure a smooth planning process.
• Ability to understand and cater to the needs of customers and discover the potential markets for the company.
• Ability to communicate a message through relevant activation experiences which will attract audiences.

• To participate in the brainstorming and execution of brand activation activities that include, but not limited to, baby expos, pop-up stores, international events, trade shows, and brand experience events.
• To plan, coordinate, negotiate and execute with relevant vendors such as shopping malls, baby expo event organizers, international trade organizers as well as other brand activation partners.
• To ensure that all event activations are executed in the most cost efficient manner with revenue targets and profit in mind.
• To work with relevant vendors in developing booth designs that are not only cost effective but drive the overall brand experience of the company.
• To support and work seamlessly with relevant departments such as marketing, brand, ecommerce and merchandising to deliver a seamless brand experience through annual marketing campaigns.
• To assist in all other duties assigned by direct superior.
• Keep up with latest activation concepts and trends that the company can adopt.
• Maintain accurate records of all event-related activities such as create and organize documentation for future reference.
• Be familiar with emergency response plans and procedures, assist in implementing emergency protocols if necessary.

• Salary: Up to RM 5,000 (open for discussion during interview)
