Job Description
Responsibility
- Overall responsible for project design & shop drawing.
- To design and development drawings for all projects.
- Communicate with manager, other consultant and all level of staff
- Managing and work together with other design team member on day to day operation
- Solving / Designing non-compliances issue due to design and proposing preventive and corrective measure on project
- Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner, and in line with the safety and quality policies of the company.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with manager, client, relevant bodies and other government authorities in getting necessary approval.
- Monitor the works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure the works are according to design and conformance to relevant specifications and standards and the Approved Designs.
- Plan, managing and implement the project in compliance with the project\xe2\x80\x99s requirement on all aspects of design, including criteria, detailed design, term of construction and contract procedures.
Academic Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Professional engineer membership is an advantage. Strong leadership, tact, self assured, independent, team player and to work in a fast pace environment. Good knowledge of construction standard operating procedures and proficient in Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
