Kelayakan
- Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in water piping construction and pipe jacking projects preferred.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with construction contracts and cost control.
- Familiar with computer skills and online services.
- Mastered software
Quantity Surveyor * Accurately measure and quantify materials required for the project.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Assist in tendering process and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
- Review and approve progress claims and variation orders.
- Prepare interim and final valuations for completed works.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to the project team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to address quantity-related issues.
