Job Description

s:

• To work and deliver the QS tasks delegated by immediate superior.
• Source new suppliers / contractors with evaluation if any as per Superior request.
• Prepare the BQ and pricing (if any)
• Quantity taking off (Know how to do taking off Qty. as per tender document / dwg.)
• Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part
• Attend project meeting
• Site work evaluation with client or with contractors.
• CO/VO preparation and responsible to justify the CO/VO with client / consultant
• Project payment claim to client
• Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification
• Final Account with client / Contractors with superior guidance
• To coordinate, manage the document submission by contractors and ensure proper filing system / protocol under Site PM monitoring.
• To prepare Trade Contractor meeting minutes (if required).
• To coordinate with off-site team (office team) for the forecast material procurement and delivery tracking (weekly tracker / report).
• Comply to department SOP and company Integrated Management System (ISO9001 / ISO37001 / ISO45001)

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Min 3 (three) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Quantity Surveying role.
• Positive working attitude and discipline, aggressive and proactive.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellence skill in Microsoft Excel, words, Power Point.
• Good in writing skills and documentation

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
