Reporting to the Project Manager (PM) at the Particular Project, M&E Site.
Responsible for supervising on site project Mechanical and Electrical scope (includes any scope classified under MEP such as AV/IT/ELV).
Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
Direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring appliance of common operational procedures and deliverables on time.
Assist Project Manager to distribute task/information to respective team or contractors.
To supervise according to work order, site instruction etc.
To prepare or issue site instruction with approval from Project Manager.
To prepare weekly project progress report inclusive % work done, site photos, forecast schedule etc.
To submit related document and drawing for work permit, worker pass, clearance pass.
To prepare site marking and setting for client/consultant\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
To prepare Agenda for TCM & internal meeting.
To organize/ attend / manage interim inspection required in the schedule and pre-handover process inclusive conduct prehandover inspection together with relevant parties i.e. client/consultant/contractors reps.
To Ensure all the forms apply being sign off or acknowledged by the receiver/inspector
Responsible for site filling accordingly to ISO procedure and always ready for internal/external audit

Job Requirements:

B. Eng. (Hons) and related to Mechanical & Electrical Engineering (option).
Min 2 years of experience in M&E scope in Interior Design Fit-Out Construction and Management.
Good knowledge and able to read and understand M&E drawings, schematic or diagrams (related scope).
Good knowledge of computer software \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office, words, excel, power point, Microsoft Project Schedule, basic AutoCAD will be plus point.
Possess own transport.
Able to travel for business purpose (Overseeing oversea projects).
Good written and oral communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
