• Diploma/ Bachelor\'s degree in QS/Civil/Mechanical engineering
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Preparation of Payment, Claims and Work Orders.
• Minimum 3 years Working Experience as Quantity Surveyor and Procurement

Tanggungjawab

• Prepare purchase order, coordinate with supplies, managing daily purchasing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery, storage operations.
• Maintaining purchase records, supplies database, stock record etc.
• Training new and existing employees/stockkeeper in the purchasing process.
• Prepare monthly sales report.
• Manage quality of materials.
• Prepare contract including bills of quantities.
• Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure.
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account.
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
• Carry out monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
• Supply all relevant information to the General Manager and or the Managing Director for review at the specified intervals set.
• Establish supplier sources and exploring new suppliers.
• To ensure proper documentations (especially: issue of PO), follow up with delivery order and reception of goods or services, in compliance with the company procedure.
• Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
