The role of Drafter I for Cameron (M) Sdn Bhd is to support the Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer in providing drawings as per customer requirements.Responsibilities
The Drafter I will support the goals and programs established by the management team to continually improve the plant maintenance as well as plant improvement. Included in the roles and responsibilities of the Drafter I are:Provide layout and stackup drawing based on the mark up by Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer.
To ensure drawings follow the API, Cameron Engineering standards.
To provide Factory Acceptance Test drawings based on the mark up by Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer to the customer.
To prepare running procedure drawings based on the mark up by Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer to the customer.
To setup BOM via SAP based on the mark up by Engineering Manager, Engineering Team Leader and Project Engineer.AutoReqId71041BRMinimum Job QualificationsEducationalThe Drafter I should be in possession a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university. ExperienceA minimum of 2 years experience in related environment in similar industry.Ability to produce drawings/sketches to illustrate design/ideas. Strong interpersonal skills. Good communication skills.Computer Skills: The Drafter I should be able to demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage. Language: Fluency, both written and verbal, in English and Malay. Communication SkillsThe Drafter I should be able to express ideas effectively in both individual and group situations.
